Leadership Certificate

 

 

The Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate (CMLC) is a 6-credit program designed to equip women and men to confidently lead a children’s ministry program in the local church. This program uniquely focuses on how ministry directed toward children in the local church can be theologically formed, safe, and practically carried out. This is a great course for children’s pastors, children’s ministry directors, or those who have a passion to work with kids at the local church level. This course is designed to equip students extensively in the following categories:

 

• Theology

• Philosophy of ministry to children, families, and volunteers

• Application and administration of ministry principles

 

This program is cohort-based and includes coaching.
